My feelings on teaching are that everyone is unique.  Everyone learns and grows in different ways.  It is the job of the teacher not to limit learning experiences but to expand them.  To engage as many students as they can in as many ways as they can to ensure that everyone is involved.

我對教育的理念就是，每一位學生都是獨一無二的，每位學生的學習與和成長的方式都不同。而老師該做的不是要限制他們的學習，而是拓展他們的視野，盡可能用各式各樣多元的方式，帶領學生學習英文，確保所有學生都能ˊ以最開心的方式學英文。
